Easy

Colorado or Nuvi and you're away.
For
almost all other Garmin map-capable units (with the exception of some
specialist aviation or marine units) you can send the maps across
using Garmin MapSource® (also known
as Trip & Waypoint Manager) which is included with most map-capable
Garmin GPS’s or can be obtained from your Garmin dealer.
For best
results, use Memory-MapTM Topo on
your PC for planning, printing and managing your waypoints.
