Are you using the latest software version? We find most software issues are fixed
by downloading the latest version of the Memory-Map software.

From the Memory-Map toolbar click Web > Check for Updates… then simply follow
the on-line instructions to remain up to date.

A thorough getting started guide and detailed manual can be found in the help files once Memory-Map has been installed. Please refer to this and its included FAQ's first.
