Missing DLL file - "GDIPLUS.DLL was not found"

Missing .dll file messages are usually a sign that something’s not quite right with the computer. In this case, the gdiplus.dll library is required for windows to operate. It is used by windows when communicating with your video card in order to display graphics on screen. If gdiplus.dll is unavailable, windows should not function correctly!

Gdiplus.dll can be downloaded from various places such as http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?gdiplus, but to be safe would suggest running a system repair on your computer. If running Windows XP check out http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm for some good, detailed instructions. The repair process for Windows 2000 is also very similar.
