Delivery policy
Online transactions are generally processed within one to two business days, and are sent (depending on the size and value of the order) via Air-Post or by courier from from our warehouse in Lower Hutt, New Zealand.
Delivery standard varies from state to state and shipping method, but are generally delivered in under 7 business days. If the goods have not been received within 7-10 days please contact us here so that we can initiate a track & trace. Please note that courier deliveries require a street address to deliver to. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Postage & packaging is $9.00 per item. Shipping method is at our discretion, however you are most welcome to select your own shipping method & company if you have an account with said shipping company and advise your account number (in which case we can arrange for your elected shipping company to pick up the goods) or if you pre-pay the delivery and arrange pickup yourself. Such pickups can only be arranged from our Lower Hutt warehouse, but will result in a $5 refund against shipping to your credit card.
